Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a content package from Tactical Advertising & Networks.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tactical Advertising & Networks website and your purchase of our digital content packages and related services.
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tactical Advertising & Networks, also referred to as “TAN”. “You” and “your” refer to the person or business placing an order.
1. Our Services
TAN provides bespoke written content and content strategy materials for businesses, creators and brands. Depending on the package selected, this may include social media captions, content ideas, hooks, calls to action, Reel concepts, scripts, creative directions and related written materials.
The exact contents of each package are described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. The service supplied will be based on the package selected and the information provided by you.
Our products are digital services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not provide physical goods, account management, social media posting, advertising spend management, community management or guaranteed business results.
2. Placing an Order
You may place an order by selecting a product, adding it to your basket and completing the checkout process.
An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we have sent an order confirmation or otherwise acknowledged the order.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied during checkout is accurate, including your name, email address and any business information required to fulfil the order.
3. Your Brief and Information
After purchase, we may contact you to request information needed to create your bespoke content. This may include details about your business, audience, services, offers, preferred tone of voice, brand style and content goals.
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete and suitable for use in your content. We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incomplete, outdated or incorrect information supplied by you.
If you do not provide the information reasonably required to fulfil your order, this may affect the delivery timeframe.
4. Bespoke Nature of the Work
Content is created around the information you provide and the package you purchase. Because the work is prepared specifically for your business, it may not be resold, transferred to another customer or exchanged for a different service after production has begun.
Examples shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Your final content will be created for your own business and may differ in wording, structure, subject matter and presentation.
5. Turnaround and Delivery
Any turnaround period displayed on the website or communicated by email is an estimated working timeframe rather than a guaranteed deadline, unless we have expressly agreed a specific deadline in writing.
Production may begin once we receive the information required from you. Delays caused by missing, incomplete or late information may extend the estimated turnaround period.
Completed digital content may be supplied by email or through another digital delivery method selected by us.
6. Refunds, Cancellations and Final Sale Policy
All bespoke orders are final
Because our packages are digital and created specifically for each customer, all purchases are final once work has begun.
We do not ordinarily offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations because you have changed your mind, no longer require the content, selected the wrong package, failed to provide information or decided not to use the completed work.
- Refund requests made after bespoke work has started will not normally be accepted.
- Refunds are not available for unused, partially used or unwanted content.
- Refunds are not available because content was not posted, published or used.
- Refunds are not available because your business circumstances, plans or preferences changed.
- A failure to respond to our brief or delivery emails does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Before work begins
If you need to raise an issue with an order, contact us as soon as possible. Where production has not yet started, we may consider a cancellation request at our discretion. A cancellation is not guaranteed simply because a request has been submitted.
After work has begun
Once we have started researching, planning, writing or preparing your bespoke content, the service is treated as having commenced. At that point, the order is generally final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Problems with delivered work
If the delivered content does not reasonably reflect the information in your original brief, contact us promptly with details of the issue. We may review the matter and, where appropriate, correct an error or make a reasonable adjustment.
This does not create an entitlement to a refund where the content has been delivered in accordance with the package and the information supplied.
Statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. If mandatory consumer rights apply to your purchase, those rights remain unaffected.
7. Revisions and Amendments
Where a package includes revisions or reasonable adjustments, these will be limited to bringing the content into line with the original brief.
A revision request is not an opportunity to replace the original brief entirely, request a different package or add a new service that was not included in the purchase.
New requirements, substantial changes or additional work may require a separate purchase or written agreement.
8. Content Approval and Your Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing or using it. This includes checking names, dates, prices, offers, claims, legal statements, contact information and other business-specific details.
You should ensure that any content used by your business complies with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, industry and platform rules.
TAN is not responsible for claims, offers, statements or instructions that were supplied by you or published by you without appropriate review.
9. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Once your order has been paid for in full, you may use the final content created for your business across your own social media channels, website, marketing materials and other business platforms.
You may edit, adapt, repurpose and schedule the content for your own business use.
You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce as a template, licence or pass off TAN's content as a service supplied to another customer.
TAN retains ownership of its general methods, processes, structures, know-how, concepts and internal working materials that are not specific to your business.
10. Confidentiality and Privacy
We treat information supplied through your order and brief as confidential business information and will use it for the purpose of providing our services, communicating with you and managing your order.
We will not knowingly publish your private business information or identify you as a client without permission, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for the operation of our services.
Further information about how personal data is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Results and Guarantees
Our content is designed to help you communicate more consistently and effectively. However, we do not guarantee specific results, including followers, likes, views, enquiries, bookings, sales, revenue, reach or engagement.
Results can be affected by factors outside our control, including your publishing schedule, audience, offer, pricing, brand reputation, platform algorithms and market conditions.
12. Payments
Payment must be completed through the payment options made available at checkout before production begins.
We reserve the right not to begin or continue work where payment has not been successfully received.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of our content or services.
This includes loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings or loss of reputation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Website Content and Availability
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and current, but product descriptions, availability, package contents and presentation may change from time to time.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version displayed on this page at the time of your order will generally apply to that order.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply to you.
Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales unless applicable law provides otherwise.
17. Contact Us
If you have a question about these Terms & Conditions or an existing order, please use our Contact Us page and include your order details where relevant.
